Please join us Sunday evening at 6:15pm for a special night of worship and prayer focused on our Nation.

 

We live in a world full of division, so we want to spend some intentional time in prayer seeking God’s face and asking how we can spread the love and peace of Jesus in our broken world.

 

2 Chronicles 7:14 says, “If my people, who are called by My Name, will humble themselves and pray and seek My face and turn from their wicked ways, then I will hear from heaven, and I will forgive their sin and will heal their land.”

 

Although this was instruction given in the Old Testament, we believe it is still a biblical principal that can apply to us today.

 

1 Timothy 2:1-2 says, “I urge you, first of all, to pray for all people. Ask God to help them; intercede on their behalf, and give thanks for them. Pray this way for kings and all who are in authority so that we can live peaceful and quiet lives marked by godliness and dignity.”

 

Dinner is available at 5:30, and will be followed by acoustic style worship and an extended time of prayer.

 

Come as you are . . . stay for dessert, and games after the service.
